We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
1. Only the motor and internal parts are covered under our 1-year warranty. External parts are not covered.
2. If the product develops a problem within 1 year, the customer may send it to us for a free repair. Delivery costs are split 50/50.
3. If a customer receives a device that has a problem upon arrival, the company will send a replacement immediately within 1 month.
4. If the machine shows no defect, the company will review and assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. All warranty claims must include photos and videos without exception.
6. All claims must be mutually agreed upon between the company and the customer before any action is taken.
